Seraph

Seraph / Cherub they are Commanders.

Genesis 3:24

So he drove out the man, and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life.

Cherub have four faces. No one can escape them.

Seraph

They serve the throne of God. They take the throne of God and walk. God sits on that throne. They are the closest angels to God. In Hebrew it is said they have serpent face. They protect the throne of God from satan. So that he do not come close to God. Angels do not have age limits. They are immortal. It depends on God wish.

Psalm 82:6-7

I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High. But ye shall die like men, and fall like one of the princes.

Divine Councils of Elohim

They are ministers.They give their opinion to God.

1 King 22:19-23

And he said, Hear thou therefore the word of the Lord: I saw the Lord sitting on his throne, and all the host of heaven standing by him on his right hand and on his left. And the Lord said, Who shall persuade Ahab, that he may go up and fall at Ramothgilead? And one said on this manner, and another said on that manner. And there came forth a spirit, and stood before the Lord, and said, I will persuade him. And the Lord said unto him, Wherewith? And he said, I will go forth, and I will be a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets. And he said, Thou shalt persuade him, and prevail also: go forth, and do so. Now therefore, behold, the Lord hath put a lying spirit in the mouth of all these thy prophets, and the Lord hath spoken evil concerning thee.

Divine councils of Elohim will sit with Jesus Christ to make decision and judge.

Angels are witness of God message.

Deuteronomy 30:19

I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live.

Divine councils members are witness.

Acts 7:53

Who have received the law by the disposition of angels, and have not kept it.

Galatians 3:19

Wherefore then serveth the law? It was added because of transgressions, till the seed should come to whom the promise was made; and it was ordained by angels in the hand of a mediator.

Hebrews 2:2

For if the word spoken by angels was stedfast, and every transgression and disobedience received a just recompence of reward. The decisions and laws of God are given to humans. There are also many angels that patrol on the earth.

Zechariah 1:10-11

And the man that stood among the myrtle trees answered and said, These are they whom the Lord hath sent to walk to and fro through the earth. And they answered the angel of the Lord that stood among the myrtle trees, and said, We have walked to and fro through the earth, and, behold, all the earth sitteth still, and is at rest.
